What is OurPrisma?
OurPrisma is a health platform you can use to take charge of your health. It brings your medical records, along with anything else you choose to share about yourself, together in one place, makes sense of it all in relation to itself, and explains it in straightforward language. You can see what others in a similar situation are experiencing, and our health assistant is here to answer your questions. With OurPrisma, you have the tools to take a clearer, more confident role in your care.
The "Our" matters. Whatever shape it takes, health is something every one of us is dealing with and cares deeply about, and none of us should have to navigate it alone. What you learn from your own record is important. What a community learns together is invaluable. We are aiming for invaluable, so that all of us benefit from our shared experience. That is the idea behind the name.
Why we built it
You are the one living your health every day, and you deserve to understand it. But your information sits scattered across portals and printouts, written for the people treating you rather than for you — so it is hard to see your own history, hard to know what is normal, and hard to feel prepared when it counts. We built OurPrisma to change that: to give you clarity about your own health, the confidence that comes with understanding it, and a meaningful tool in navigating the care that follows.
What we believe
Your health data belongs to you, and you should be able to see all of it, understand it without a medical degree, and decide who else ever sees it.
This is why we built for patients first and alongside patient advocacy organizations and foundations.
The platform is built so your personal information stays protected and private, because taking control of our own health should never come at the risk of losing security of our data.

OurPrisma is built by Aurelis Insights, Inc, a team of individuals who have seen first-hand how the health system can unintentionally leave you, the patient, behind. We want to fix it.
We do this in partnership with the patient advocacy organizations and foundations you value and trust, so that we can bring OurPrisma to you in a way that incorporates the perspective of the communities we serve.
